As a Technical Sales Consultant - Mining, Minerals and Metals here at Honeywell, you will be the driving force behind the strategic management and optimization of technology solutions that are critical to our sales operations in the North America region. Your role involves leading the integration of sales technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our technology stack aligns seamlessly with business objectives. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives to streamline workflows, drive innovation, and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization through technological excellence.
 
You will report directly to our North America Pole Leader for Mining, Minerals and Metals and youll work out of our North America headquarters on a hybrid work schedule. Approximately 70 of your time will be customer facing. 

You will impact the growth and success of our Mining, Minerals and Metals business in the North America region by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their challenges. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, drive innovation in sales processes, and build strong relationships with key customers and partners. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Support a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the Mining, Minerals and Metals vertical 
•Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team in the North America region 
•Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand market share 
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the Mining, Minerals and Metals vertical
•Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation in sales processes 

The annual base salary range for this position is $121,000-$161,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

•3+ years of transferrable experience in technical sales roles, preferably in the Mining, Minerals and Metals  industry 
•Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets 
•Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and solutions being sold in the Mining, Minerals and Metals vertical
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
