Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Sales & Marketing is looking for someone motivated by challenging analytics and a fast-paced environment as a Senior Sales and Marketing Analyst to join our Sales Skyline Planning Team based in Renton, WA.
Skyline Planning refers to our process of managing airplane orders and delivery schedules for our customers. The Analyst role involves managing delivery schedule proposals and contract backlog into overall “skyline” scenarios that rapidly adapt to spanet requirements. Today, we plan scenarios using an optimization tool and probability-of-delivery assessments. More, the Analyst partners with production planners to ensure that the delivery schedules proposed can be built; and develops relationships with selling teams with the goal of learning what customers need or want.
Our goal is to find someone knowledgeable or adaptable to analytical methods who also enjoys collaborating with others, puts customers first, and works hard to find solutions to an ever-evolving equation. The Analyst must eventually be able to confidently handle large problem sizes and convey insights to senior leaders. Ideally, candidates will prove that they are versed in one or more skillsets or techniques which demonstrate the ability to handle and communicate complex problems.
As part of our selection process, we require candidates to complete an Excel assessment during the interview. This assessment is designed to evaluate your analytical skills and your ability to manage complex data, which are essential for the Skyline Planning process. The assessment will focus on your ability to work with data, create scenarios, and convey insights effectively—skills that are vital for collaborating with production planners and selling teams to meet our customers needs.
