What You’ll DoAs a Retail Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in both customer engagement and store operations:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash control procedures and daily financial accountability
- Receive, process, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and documentation
- Facilitate special orders, merchandise transfers, and returns (RTV/MOS)
- Execute merchandising standards, floor sets, and visual displays
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Assist with annual inventory counts and ongoing stockroom organization
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Reliable attendance and a professional, customer-first attitude
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of retail sales, customer service, or related experience
- Experience with inventory systems, POS systems, and merchandising
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities

Pay Details: $21.35 per hour
