Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationThe Regional Sales Specialist (RSS) is responsible for supporting our Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and value-added resellers (VARs) in the Mid-West region, which include Oklahoma, Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama and Tennessee. This includes providing quotes for new and existing systems, system support and software upgrade renewals (SUSP), maintaining data integrity and reporting, creating sales collateral, and promoting new product introductions to LenelS2 customers. The successful candidate will:
• Collaborate with teammates on all opportunities within specific territory and region as defined above
• Deliver on financial objectives in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers (RSM)
• Partner to execute on sales action plans to execute on company strategy effectively and efficiently
• Provide active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success
• Develop key sales competencies as required to maximize success, including but not limited to prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen and business judgment
• Hold yourself accountable to effective execution of key deliverables, key metrics, and key activities
• Participate in clear communication with your teammates and customers
• Ensure connectivity with business imperatives
• Develop strategic clarity and a clear understanding of your assigned role, expectations, and performance
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competition
• Enable connections with proper internal resources to provide our customers with value and ease of doing business
• Add value to customers through growth and support activities including product demonstrations, regional trade shows and product road shows
• Collaborate and support all RFP and RFI responses and submittals
• Execute on internal business deliverables with the appropriate timeframe
• Provide productive strategic market feedback to the business
• Build and execute on plans to support customer sales training needs
• Manage and execute strategic initiatives and programs
• Partner and manage the VAR relationship with RSM
• Able to travel up to 45 of the time
he salary range for this position is ($84000-125000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
