Regional Sales Executive
Objective:
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will proactively acquire, develop, and retain long-term customer relationships in your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and expand the relationship with our customers, strategically managing a large portfolio of accounts, and maximize their business opportunity across the Million Air Network. You will also collaborate with our General Managers to capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through spanet development and solution-oriented selling.
Responsibilities / Duties
The Regional Sales Executives responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Achieveandexceedmonthlyandannualsalesgoalsthroughpipelinemanagementandproactive customer engagement.
- Collaboratecross-functionallywithlocalGeneralManagerstoachieveandexceedsalesgrowth
- Negotiatesandexecutesfuelpricing andservicefeesforoperatorsacrossour
- UtilizeaData-Drivenapproachto enhance existing sales forecasts and performance targets, using spanet intelligence and data analysis to guide entrepreneurial decision-making.
- Ensure everytailistouched,trackingandengagingwithalltransientcustomers,optimizinghangar occupancy, and reviewing tenant status to maximize revenue.
- Responsible formeetingsalesKPIs,achievinggrowthandrevenuetargets,andreportingresultsdirectly to management.
- Cross-SellingMillionAirServices -Promoteadditionalservices,includingmaintenance,charter, overnight tenant hangarage, and other FBO offerings at other locations.
- AssistinNegotiatingandExecutinghangar
- UtilizeCRM&Reportingtoolstologsalesactivity,trackcustomerinteractions,monitorfuelandhangar sales, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Travel regularly to engage customers face-to-face and uncover new spanet opportunities (approximately every other week).
- Attend industry events and trade shows

Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.

Position Type and Hours of WorkThis is an Exempt position. This position may require working evenings and weekends, and on company scheduled holidays.
TravelTravel is expected for this position. Possible travel may include industry trade shows, sales opportunities, and assisting other locations.
