Fleet Developer - Aircraft Charter and Management

As a Fleet Developer at Hop-A-Jet, you will be instrumental in growing and optimizing our aircraft fleet for charter and management. Your role will focus on identifying opportunities for fleet expansion, nurturing relationships with aircraft owners and operators, and ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aircraft Acquisition: Identify potential aircraft acquisition opportunities by evaluating market trends, competitor activities, and client demands.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft owners, operators, and key industry partners to facilitate aircraft management agreements.
• Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to design tailored aircraft management solutions that meet their specific needs and objectives.
• Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with aircraft owners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends to make strategic decisions.
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on fleet growth, client interactions, and market insights to the management team.

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
• Extensive experience in aviation, particularly in aircraft charter and management (5 Years Required)
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
