Job PurposeWe’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Customer Sales & Service Team Leader to join our Emirates retail team. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a group of Customer Sales & Service Agents to deliver a seamless, premium, and personalized customer experience — one that reflects Emirates’ world-class hospitality and Experiential Retail vision.
You’ll play a key role in driving sales through consultative customer interactions, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and promoting premium products and Skywards membership benefits. As a people leader, you’ll foster a high-performance culture by coaching and motivating your team to achieve sales targets while maintaining service excellence
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, managing workflow and staff scheduling, and ensuring a professional retail environment. You’ll also leverage digital tools and CRM platforms to enhance efficiency, monitor performance metrics, and support special events or activations that elevate the in-store experience.
QualificationTo be successful in this role, you’ll need an A-Level (or equivalent) qualification with at least four years of experience, ideally within airline sales or a contact centre environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
