Job Description:
Tasks
- Support and care for agents in the assigned sales region
- Sell cargo capacity with a focus on special products
- Negotiate rates and allotments with assigned customers
- Regularly evaluate opportunities for new acquisitions while maintaining existing traffic
- Supervise current traffics and implement corrective measures as needed
- Drive positive spanet share growth for assigned customers and sales regions
- Maintain and update the internal customer database (oneCRM)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute sales and spaneting actions in collaboration with the Head of Sales Switzerland and the Sales and Market Development Manager
- Participate in sales-related projects
- Assist the Inside Sales team in selling remaining capacity on an ad-hoc basis within established guidelines

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the air cargo or freight forwarder industry
- Experience in customer service, sales, or cargo operations preferred
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- High level of customer orientation
- Effective negotiator and attentive listener
- Solution-oriented with the ability to persuade
- Positive working attitude with high level of activity and independence
- Team player
- Fluent in German (spoken and written)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Other languages are an advantage
