Job Duties

• Sanding parts and components by hand, orbital, and scotch-brite.
• Mix primer and paint in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and/or work order.
• Use paint booths for paint application and drying of components/parts.
• Track usage of paints and other hazardous materials

Your Sense of Responsibility

• Attend work every day as scheduled including overtime and weekend assignments.
• Notify the supervisor in advance of the shift starting if unable to work.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day.
• Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
• Assist with painting, painting base coat, and layout.
• Follow all company and safety rules during the performance of duties.
• Maintain customer-oriented work habits.

Mental Requirements

• Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines including but not limited to OSHA, hazmat, etc.
• Logically work with mechanical processes.
• Work with others in a professional manner.
• Good communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude
• Follow instructions
• Auto body experience helpful
