  • Ability to work to tight tolerances and meet aviation quality standards with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an aircraft maintenance and repair team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Exposure to A&P maintenance environments or collaboration with A&P technicians.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical guidelines, and shop procedures.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Why Work Here?

Join a highly specialized aviation operation where quality, safety, and craftsmanship are top priorities.
