KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
• Proficient computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills and/or software programs.
• Analytical skills. Must be able to interpret large of amounts of data and isolate pertinent information and facts.
• Familiar with Logistics standards: GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-STD-1388-2B, and others.
• Ability to enter data accurately into databases.
• Able to adequately read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate complex information to others.
• Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, etc.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Good professional customer service skills; including active listening, prompt service, and follow-up.
• Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista goals.
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical computations and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems. Must have a basic understanding of algebra and statistical functions.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Enrollment in an accredited University or College moving towards a bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Previous military / government logistics experience preferred, but not required.
• Must have the ability to learn new software programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government Security clearance.
• Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening.
