Job SummaryReporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition - Air Traffic Services (ATS) Recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team for the Air Traffic Services recruitment and selection program. The ideal candidate is also responsible for providing data, reports, and coordination of various programs, assisting in recruitment activities, and Workday functionality support.
Job Description
In this role you will:
- Responsible for accurate and expedient preparation and administration of support for internal / external staffing actions including the preparation of job postings, offer letters, pre-employment packages, and more that must be dealt with discreetly and efficiently.
- Supports Human Resources processes by ensuring a smooth flow of information and responses are provided according to established timelines.
- Assists the Talent Acquisition team by providing timely information to internal and external candidates and clients, such as interview schedules, results, and next steps.
- Monitors the shared inbox and provides timely responses.
- Ensures highest level of client service by responding to employees and management questions on staffing related requests.
- Ensures file systems are up to date and consistently maintained.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline services and processes and provides implementation support.
- Supports all selection programs by scheduling and coordinating assessment events as well as conducting interviews, and other screening activities.
What you bring:
- Successful completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources or in a relevant field of study; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Previous experience with Recruitment tools and or HR recruitment systems.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft office suite (including Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
- Experience with Workday is an asset.
- Experience working within a unionized environment would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of industry, Company, principal contacts and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and programs.
