ABOUT THE JOB
- Deliver a range of spa treatments in line with brand standards and treatment protocols.
- Carry out professional guest consultations, identifying needs, preferences, and contraindications.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety at all times.
- Create a calm, welcoming, and safe environment throughout the guest journey.
- Promote and sell spa treatments, retail products, and packages to support revenue targets.
- Ensure correct use, care, and storage of products and equipment.
- Support daily spa operations including treatment room preparation, stock control, and opening/closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with spa and hotel teams to deliver consistent service standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Spa Therapist or equivalent
- Must hold formal qualifications in wellness, beauty therapy or massage therapy.
- Strong communication skills in English is required. French, additional languages are an advantage
- Well-groomed with a high standard of personal hygiene
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Positive and energetic personality
