Responsibilities - your mission:

 

 Your main task will include:

  • Coordination of the quotation step of the eRSP (Request for Stock Provisioning) process through weekly Multi Functional Teams with the eRSP managers and the procurement managers

  •  Follow-up the actions taken during the meeting and provide the contractual conditions to the eRSP managers when data available 

  • Coordinate the sourcing MFT in collaboration with procurement (PMR), manufacturing engineering (SOEM3) and supplier management team (SOPO) for structure parts (including action records & follow-up)

  • Create and maintain dashboard, KPI and reporting for the 2 MFTs

  • Support the project leaders in the scope of the sourcing improvement project to set up the new governance and the way of working   

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and competencies:

  • Experience in improvement projects or project management or multi function coordination

  • Experience or knowledge in supply chain, production or Manufacturing 

  • Finance basics (business case, RC, NRC, CAPEX, forecast..) 

  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to manage stakeholders 

  • Ability to analyze and summarize 

  • Assertiveness and the ability to influence others 

  • Autonomy 

  • English: advanced level
