Senior Cyber Security Project Manager – M&A

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, while managing the project team and collaborating with key stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the security of Honeywell and contribute to advancements in the field of cyber security. Specifically, this role will focus on supporting Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects, helping to drive the ongoing transformation of Honeywells business portfolio.

You will report directly to our Senior Manager of Cyber Security and work remotely from any United States location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage Honeywell Global Security projects across multiple domains, including cybersecurity, physical security, product security, and industrial security
• Oversee project updates for M&A initiatives in the required reporting tools (e.g., Capital Edge)
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets and timelines
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Ensure adherence to cyber security standards, policies, and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and maintain alignment across the organization
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $158K-$207K Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
YOU MUST HAVE
• 4+ years of experience in cyber security project management or related field
• Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies, including CMMC, NIST and other compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Ability to work is a faced paced and fluid environment

WE VALUE
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong Track Record in Implementation, M&A or similar experience as a PM or key contributor.
