Job Summary
The Rewards CoE Shared Service Specialist, support the Global Rewards CoE, focused on the operational tasks, data preparation/management, reporting and tracker of the projects to be developed by Global Rewards. She/He also provide to the different Regions, the support and guidance needed in all the tasks requested by Global Rewards, being a value and trustable member for their reference.
Job Responsibilities:
- EUPTD Project: lead all the tasks related to European Union Pay Transparency Directive, such as data collection, data consolidation, data mapping with Swissport Global Job Architecture, data analysis, determine payment gap, assess correction actions, calculate budget for pay gap correction, etc.
- CSRD data collection: collect and consolidate the correspondent data from each Country and Region to calculate KPI’s defined for CSRD.
- Salary Scales update & Management: support CoE Senior Manager in the salary scales implementation, run regular audit and update processes, lead update implementations when required, run comparation analysis to assess salary scales adjustments, calculate potential budget required for outstanding situations.
- Data Validation YE process: support CoE Senior Manager with the Year-End process preparation, by consolidating the data set from different Regions and countries, assuring data accuracy, verifying dashboard results, tracking changes and actions taken, etc. Additionally, may support in other additional tasks related to Year-End process if required.
- Standard Benchspan preparation: support CoE Senior Manager with benchspan requests, by running autonomously the standard positions, comparing spanet data and internal comp ratio to assure internal equity and EUPTD principles compliance.
- STI Reporting: Collect and consolidate STI payouts for reporting purpose, create evolution analysis and track cost within business performance.
- Job Architecture: Drive Job Architecture development and analysis at country, regional and global level, assuring a correct alignment and maintenance for Global reports and analysis.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Required years of experience: (3-5) at least 3-year experience in similar roles or developing finance/audit roles.
- Bachelor Degree – preferably in HR or Finance/Economic areas.
- Experience in project implementation (specially in EUPTD compliance). Proficiency in compensation, with the ability to leverage technology for data analysis and program management (e.g.: Power BI).
- Finance background. Strong ability to analyze data, conduct spanet research, and interpret complex information.
- Strong Excel (incl. Macros) & Power BI & Data Visualization expert
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey reward strategies and policies to employees and stakeholders.
- English fluent; other languages would be valuable
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
