Job Title: Repair TechnicianJob Description
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of FAA-approved temperature-controlled containers. Manage the warehouse and material movement. Patch holes on cargo containers, and perform de-riveting and riveting of the cargo containers. Deliver containers clean and free from defects that would affect operation and/or performance. Respond to technical assistance requests from customers in the area. Provide training and demonstrations of FAA-approved Active Systems in the area. Document all work performed using CATS. Monitor stock of spare parts. Pick up and drop off RKNs from/to customers. Maintain repair facility in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
Hard Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Mechanical experience (more then just assembly line)
Basic electrical knowledge is required
HVAC or Construction experience works well
Candidates with some connection to Aviation
Part 145 experience a plus
Prior military experience is a plus
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Will go higher for candidates with prior FAA experience.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Monroe, Ohio.
Work Environment
7:00 am to 3:30 pm - occasional overtime working about 5 hours per week. $24.00-25.00/hour
Climate-controlled warehousing/building environment. Will be in Assembly cells of teams of three. Tools are calibrated and provided. FAA Regulated Facility.
Assembly around the product - this is not an assembly line. Candidates have to be able to crouch and crawl around containers. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
