Description:The Integrated Fighter Group Program (IFG) Integration and Operations office is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong communication / change management skills and an understanding of program management concepts to help maximize IFG’s transformational efforts, continuous improvement, and program operations.

The individual selected will be responsible for:

• Supporting IFG programs 1LMX adoption in partnership with the Aeronautics Digital Transformation team – managing progress and developing status / progress reporting for leadership
• Supporting IFG’s performance improvement initiatives, inclusive of but not limited to (Program Readiness Reviews (PRRs) and Get to Excellence Plans (GTEs) / Platform Excellence Plans (PEPs)
• Supporting IFG strategy development and deployment
• Contractor Performance Assessment Score (CPAR) forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
• Supporting the development of IFG level program plans and command media as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
•Proficient understanding of LM program management processes and concepts.
•Experience with program/project management and program integration processes.
•Understanding of digital transformation activities and concepts.
•Experience developing, deploying, and managing new processes.
•Experience leading & conducting change management.
•Experience working independently and with cross functional groups to drive projects/actions to closure.
•Experience developing and delivering presentations to communicate concepts, status updates, or project plans to cross functional stakeholders and different levels of the organization.
Desired Skills:
• Program management experience (e.g. Program Integrator or Program Office)
• Finance, Business Development, or Strategy development experience
• Understanding of program planning concepts and schedule analysis
• Skilled and confident presenter with a demonstrated ability to convey ideas to executive leadership
• Exceptional competency in Microsoft Office & Teams tool set(s)
• Experience with dashboards and data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, VIPER, advanced Excel)
• Prior experience working 1LMX Digital Transformation activities with cross-functional groups
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
