The Passenger Services Trainer provides safety, security, and procedural training for airport customer service agents with regard to passenger ground handling and customer service. This would include both initial and recurrent training requirements. Monitors training records. Instructs personnel on new procedures, WFS and government safety and security policies, regulations, and directives, and conducts audits.Update local training manuals and SOPs as required. Responsibilities for this position may also include computer data entry; preparation or oversight of flight documents; interfaces with Transportation Safety Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, local airport authority, and U.S. Customs & Border Patrol U.S. Customs; monitoring of flight and passenger documentation and compliance of passenger processing procedures with applicable air carrier and Department of Transportation regulations.
