Our Paris office have an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant to join the team to assist with running the daily operation for 6 months of a Fixed Term Contract.

Job Description

As an Office Assistant you will be a key member of the team in our Paris office and will be the go to person supporting the sales teams with their day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operation across the office.

Duties will include but are not limited too:

  • Processing daily post
  • Responsible for arranging meetings and organising the office diary
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Managing travel and accommodation needs
  • Maintaining stationary for office
  • Overseeing Accounts Payable / Receivables
  • Maintaining flight files
  • Assisting with recruitment and new starter inductions
  • Organizing training for office as required
  • Scheduling employee appraisals
  • Keeping up-to-date employee records on file
  • Managing medical insurance
  • Assisting the CEO with administritive duties

Additional Information

This is a 6month Fixed Term Contract - 30,000 pro rata

  • 25 days annual leave per annum
  • 35 hour work week - 9h - 17h
  • Group mutual life insurance
