Key Responsibilities
- Train & Certify new hires on Manufacturing Processes
- Perform Hands on and some on-line training
- Re-certify associates annually
- Maintain Training records
- Assign on-line classes when required
- Backfill New hire orientation associate
- Participate in internal, customer, and quality certification audits
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
MUST HAVE
- Good communication skills
- Experience with manufacturing processes such as Soldering, crimping, torque, welding, ESD, FOD

- Advanced organizational skills
- Ability to work with and teach small groups
- Experience maintaining records preferred
- Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
- Project lead and coaching experience preferred
- Hands on work ethic

- Knowledge of six sigma tools
- Ability to partner with others on projects
