Key Responsibilities

• Train & Certify new hires on Manufacturing Processes
• Perform Hands on and some on-line training
• Re-certify associates annually
• Maintain Training records
• Assign on-line classes when required
• Backfill New hire orientation associate
• Participate in internal, customer, and quality certification audits

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

MUST HAVE

• Good communication skills
• Experience with manufacturing processes such as Soldering, crimping, torque, welding, ESD, FOD

• Experience maintaining records preferred
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
• Project lead and coaching experience preferred

• Knowledge of six sigma tools
• Ability to partner with others on projects
