Essentials Responsibilities
Study the state of art regarding the concept of Takt Time and Pull System (from Customer demand to production line)
Support the definition and analysis of the as-is process flow implementing the value stream map and PQPR tools
Support the design of the future state process developing and laying down the main principles of the Flight Deck lean operative system
Qualifications / Requirements
High School Diploma or Degree in Engineering field
Fluent Italian and English
PC Proficiency
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
Curiousity and eager to learn
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Characteristics
Lean/continuous improvement mindset
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously;
