Kick-start your career as our new IT Consultant!

Join our dynamic IT team at Norwegian and play a crucial role in managing and supporting our technological infrastructure. We are looking for an IT Consultant for a temporary position of 7-9 months, with start up from 01.09 at the latest.

In this role you will:

• Be the 1st level support: You will help all internal end users with questions and problems they have.
• Data, PC and mobile devices: Prepare, install, and maintain all data, PC and mobile devices for end users.
• Workstations: Prepare, update and configure workstations
• Equipment: Keep printers, computers and meeting room equipment updated and under control
• Supporting: Answer requests by email, phone, and personal attendance at HQ, FBU

Many of our end users, and therefore the people we are supporting, often come by our office to receive help. It is therefore important that we have onsite employees, which this role includes.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Recently/currently finishing your apprenticeship in ICT (fagbrev i IKT) or higher education with experience from Help/Servicedesk
• Knowledge/experience with Office 365, AD, OKTA, Windows OS
• Some knowledge/experience with hardware
• You are approachable, structured and precise
• You are customer- and service oriented and communicate well
• You are proficient in writing and speaking Norwegian and English
