Raytheon is seeking a high performing, Senior Analyst, HR Partner to serve as partner to the Raytheon Dine Facility (RDF).  In this dynamic and fast-paced role you will partner and collaborate with the HR Lead and business leaders to understand the business strategies and objectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the Human Resources vision and mission. 

The HR Partner will have responsibility for the execution of HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups within Effectors at the RDF. The HR Partner will collaborate with leaders as an advisor and architect on topics including organizational effectiveness, change and talent management, organizational learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits and employee relations.  Additionally, through partnership with other HR Leaders, Business Partners and HR Partners across the business, this position will provide leadership and support in the execution of strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development.  The ability to execute project deliverables, exercise sound judgment and work collaboratively on multiple projects is critical in this role.  The successful candidate should demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance. 

This position is located at the Raytheon Dine Facility in Farmington, NM.  RTX- Dine Facility adheres to the Navajo Nation Preference in Employment Act in areas of recruitment and hiring practices.

This is an onsite position in Farmington, NM.

What You Will Do: 

  • Models Employee Advocacy behavior and serves as a trusted advisor to front, mid-level leaders, senior leaders and employees. Serves as a partner focusing on brokering solutions to business problems 
  • Executes critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management and talent acquisition 
  • Communicate and implement proactive strategies pertaining to employee relations, training, leadership development, and employee communications in support of strategic objectives 
  • Investigates and resolves Employee Relations issues and complaints and Ethics-related case investigations.  Focuses on maintaining a positive employee relations environment and culture 
  • Models consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions 
  • Collaborates with Center of Excellence Partners  
  • Drives Talent Management strategies to include workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer and high-potential development 

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Typically requires a university degree with minimum 2 years Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline or an advanced degree with no related experience 
  • Experience using an HRIS system and generating workforce reports.
  • Experience with tactical aspects of HR including employee transactions, absence management, providing instructions and how-to guides for employees, answering questions from employees and leaders and working in a time-driven environment.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
