Role Overview
•Update and administer employee and recruitment databases
•Assist with recruiting, on-boarding process and various employee events
•Have the opportunity to work on exciting projects on talent management and employee experience
•Assist with design, development, implementation and evaluation of various HR Programs
•Drive improved employee engagement and brand awareness,
•System updates & documentation
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a dynamic student with excellent English skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine interest in HR, ready to contribute to talent management projects and drive excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor 3/4 , Master/ PhD. student with related field
•Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
•Min 3-4 days availability per week
