As our Bay Area airports prepare for a significant increase in private aviation traffic during the Super Bowl, we’re looking for energetic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team for a short‑term assignment. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping people, and thrive in fast‑paced environments, this is a great opportunity to shine.

You’ll support various stations throughout the facility, providing high‑level hospitality and operational assistance. Responsibilities may include:

• Guiding arriving vehicles to appropriate parking areas (no valet services).
• Greeting passengers with a warm, professional demeanor and directing them throughout the FBO.
• Assisting with luggage handling in non‑tarmac areas.
• Supporting catering operations: placing orders, distributing meals, setting up food areas, cleaning dishes, and maintaining refreshment stations.
• Keeping common areas tidy with light spot‑cleaning of surfaces and floors.
• Maintaining strong attention to detail and following all training instructions carefully.

• Must be able to pass airport compliance requirements.
• Preferred: experience with airport baggage handling.

• Must demonstrate exceptional courtesy and a strong hospitality mindset — essential in private aviation environments.

This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
