Roles and Responsibilities
•tComplete all training and experience requirements for High-Temp Staging operator I
•tOperate highly technical equipment in the staging cell including automation and associated control systems/tools
•tExecute work processes as defined in visual work instructions and standard operating procedures
•tEnsure a quality product by performing checks and inspections as defined in visual work instructions and SOPs
•tTroubleshoot manufacturing anomalies related to equipment operation, productivity, and quality
•tProper and efficient material handling to ensure product traceability to meet quality and scheduling demands
•tMonitor equipment, perform daily equipment checks and cleanings, and record data to document the manufacturing process
•tPerform preventive maintenance as required to meet maintenance schedules
•tAdhere to required housekeeping and safety requirements for the manufacturing areas within the facility
•tSubmit and support continuous improvement ideas in order to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost
•tFollow all procedures administered by safety, quality, process engineering, and facilities engineering
•tTrain co-workers in proper equipment operations and maintenance procedures
•tActive role in QRQC activities
•tPerform other related duties as required
Job Requirements:
Physical/Environmental Scope of Position
•\tMust demonstrate the physical capacity to meet the demands of the "Heavy" Job Placement Assessment (JPA) as administered by St. Elizabeth Business Health Services
•\tVocal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required for safety, direction, and the exchange of ideas in the industrial environment
•\tSubjected to inside environmental conditions, noise, vibration, oils and other related industrial hazards
•\tWork in/near electro-magnetic fields created by high temperature induction furnaces

Experience/Education/Certification Required
•\tHigh school diploma/GED
•\tTwo years of continuous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment or demonstrated experience as a contracted employee
