What you’ll need to do the role:
You will bring extensive experience in managing compensation and benefits within a multinational business, along with advanced Excel skills and knowledge of HR databases like Workday. Your proactive approach and strong relationship management skills will complement your ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. You will excel in conveying complex information clearly, managing stakeholders effectively, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, your strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, and teamwork will be invaluable to the team. Familiarity with HR frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, and reward systems will further enhance your contributions.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
