About Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to support key departmental business owners in executing an ERP amalgamation and upgrade for our aerospace operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a major transformation project, contributing directly to process optimization, system implementation, and organizational change management.
This is a Calgary based position and will run from June to July with a potential to extend into the fall at part time hours.
The incumbent will work directly with project managers, solution architects, and internal business functions to support the successful rollout of IFS. This role will be hands-on, with responsibilities across data cleansing, validation of migrated data, solutioning participation, and developing project reporting tools directly in IFS. It’s a unique opportunity to gain experience in enterprise implementation, data governance, and PMO operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in and support data migration activities, including validation and reconciliation of data between legacy systems and the new ERP platform and documenting discrepancies
- Participate in solutioning workshops and support tracking of design decisions and follow-ups
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools using IFS
- Maintain organized records of project documentation, reports, and decisions to support project transparency and continuity.
- Contribute to cutover planning activities, including task tracking, stakeholder coordination, and readiness assessments leading up to go-live.
Who You Are
- A current post-secondary student in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus

- Basic to intermediary knowledge in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team oriented and works well in a collaborative environment.

Work Location & Conditions of Employment
- Candidate will be required to live in Calgary, Alberta.
