We’re excited to offer a permanent opportunity for an Document Data Publisher in our Maintenance & Engineering Data team, based in Auckland.
This role is at the forefront of the evolving field of document publishing, focusing on electronic documents and online application systems. As an Document Data Publisher, you’ll collaborate with both internal and external clients to understand their needs, working toward developing and implementing more efficient systems, all while handling routine processing and updates of essential manuals.
Key skills and qualities were looking for:
- Enthusiasm for data management with a strong focus on accuracy and organisation
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Computer literacy and a readiness to learn new systems (training provided) and procedures
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
Ideal qualifications and experience:
- Background in digital publication
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Reader/Writer, and Outlook
- Methodical approach with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, even in repetitive tasks
