Requirements
Commercial Pilot licenseCurrent unrestricted First-class medical certificateFor Panamanians, minimum of 350 hours of total time in fixed wing aircraftFor Foreigners, minimum of 1,000 hours of total time in fixed wing aircraftMultiengine and instrument RatingMinimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level 5
