Job Description:

Purpose of Position
Support EJME Compliance Monitoring Programme, through performance of internal and external audits, to ensure all regulatory and company requirements are adhered to in delivering safe operational practices and airworthy aircraft. Support a culture of continuous improvement in EJME safety performance, compliance, and customer service.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review the relevant quality procedures and checklists, to ensure the documents accuracy and compliance with legal and EJME requirements;
  • Perform internal & external audits to ensure compliance with legal and EJME requirements;
  • Coordinate with relevant managers concerning all compliance issues and ensure that actions and targets for non-conformities are agreed and adhered to;
  • Ensure that all audit control forms and audit folders are maintained, preserving all documentation adequately and with maximum confidentiality;
  • Provide support to relevant departments during external audits of EJME.
  • Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked.

Bachelor's in Technical Discipline

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
  • University degree in a technical discipline and at-least 2 - years experience working in a technical or operational role within aviation industry, OR, 5- years aviation industry experience in a technical or operational role;
  • Practical knowledge of EASA & ANAC requirements;
  • Experience within aircraft maintenance, Part-M or Part-145 or aircraft operatiom, air Ops is desirable;
  • Quality system and auditing experience;
  • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Personal attributes, such as, ethical in conduct, objective, tactful and diplomatic, analytical and logical in reaching conclusions and good verbal communication
