Your Role & Responsibilities:
As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will:
- Lead Comprehensive Research Efforts: Conduct detailed research and produce high-quality intelligence products that address critical questions related to Russia and Eastern Europe, directly influencing MCIA’s strategic initiatives.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert: Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive assessments of foreign military capabilities, tactics, and developments, particularly those involving Russian and Eastern European forces.
- Collaborate with Intelligence Partners: Maintain and enhance relationships with counterparts in other intelligence organizations, ensuring seamless information sharing and collaboration.
- Influence Strategic Decisions: Present your findings through compelling intelligence briefings that will inform tactical, operational, and strategic decisions at the highest levels.
- Drive Innovation: Utilize cutting-edge tools and methodologies to develop new processes and technologies that enhance the USMCs ability to anticipate and respond to emerging threats.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Intelligence Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in intelligence analysis, with a specific focus on Russia, Eastern Europe, or EUCOM areas, preferably within the US Military, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Community.
- Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) / T5 investigation and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Analytical Prowess: Proven ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize complex data from multiple sources to produce actionable intelligence products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with intelligence tools, open-source analysis methods, and standard office software.
- Communication Mastery: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality intelligence assessments and deliver impactful briefings.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless coordination within the organization.
Physical Demands:
- Operational Flexibility: Be prepared to sit, talk, listen, and frequently walk, use hands, and reach with arms as part of daily job functions.
- Mobility: Occasionally required to stand and lift/move up to 30 pounds. Must complete all medical examinations required for temporary duty or full-time deployment as needed.

AEVEX provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this position is for the listed location only.
Salary Range
