Advisor, Ground Operations Standards
Role Overview
The Advisor, Ground Operations Standards, will develop and communicate standards, guidelines and procedures that enable frontline teams to create a safe and remarkable experience.
Key deliverables

Support Operational Training teams in ensuring the design and development of ground ops training programs support standards compliance and safety, cost, & operational goals. Create and provide content, expertise, & support.

Create and publish clear and informative communications in the form of advisories, webinars, or other delivery channels that inform WestJet leaders and contracted service partners of changes to WestJet’s ground operations standards or programs.

Maintain the Ground & Winter Operations Sharepoint site ensuring up to date and relevant content and ensure WestJet and contracted service partner reps have access to required ground operations documentation, information, tools, and manuals.
Experience and qualifications

Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Excel).
