Qualifications:
• Experience in administrative tasks related to business operations, customer relations, process improvements and/or cost analysis • Familiarity with Government Contracts a plus • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with others, and a team player • Strong oral/written communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple work assignments and meet critical deadlines, while protecting sensitive company data • Able to work independently and utilize research techniques to resolve issues, recognized potential and existing problems and challenges, and make timely decisions to ensure their resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint with ability to utilize software applications to develop automated reports, metrics and templates/checklists. Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint a plus
Required Experience:
• AA, BA, or BS degree preferred but not required. 3-5 years of related work experience will be considered in lieu of degree • Previous experience in administering government contracts including knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and Contracts policies a plus • Experience with Oracle software applications or other ERP systems preferred. • Experience with process improvement initiatives
