Position DetailsWhat You’ll DoAs part of our Wax Assembly team, you’ll play an essential role in production by supporting multiple workstations and ensuring materials are ready for manufacturing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and supplying materials for wax mold production
Performing sprue injection and operating machines
Setting up dies and reading setup drawings
Assembling plates, molds, and components
Transporting materials between departments
Supporting work cells through kitting and preparation
Maintaining accurate records and a clean workspace
Assisting with incoming shipments and general operations
No two days are the same — you’ll rotate through different tasks and continuously build your skills.

What We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (ITAR requirements apply)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial setting
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable using tools and manufacturing equipment

Pay Details: $24.00 to $23.00 per hour
