  • Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate test results and design improvement requirements

  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), IEC, and UL standards

  • Lead customer witness factory acceptance testing and participate in third‑party certification testing

  • Track first‑pass yield data and capture lessons learned to inform future improvements

✅ Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution

  • 3+ years of experience in equipment or manufacturing testing

  • Knowledge of electrical equipment manufacturing processes

  • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem solving

  • Familiarity with IEC and UL certification requirements

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience and comfort using electrical testing instruments

  • Exposure to lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer‑focused mindset and ability to collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams

  • Flexibility to work extended hours or adjust shifts when needed

Why Join Us
  • Opportunity to work onsite with cutting‑edge power and energy technologies

  • Be part of a culture that values safety, quality, collaboration, and innovation

  • Make a meaningful contribution to products that support the global energy infrastructure
