Position Summary

We are looking for a Value Stream Leader who is accountable for the operations of PTDE in Adro, Italy with about 43 employees and $20 million annual sales. Leading a team of empowered employees to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations. He/she will report to the Plant Manager.

The position is based in Adro (Italy).

Your responsibilities 

• Ensure a safe work environment and drive towards a zero-accident-culture
• Legal compliance in all areas of the business
• Profitably grow the business and achieve Division and Corporate goals monthly, quarterly and annually. Work with current and potential customers to promote and leverage company technologies, systems, products and services
• Establish and maintain Premier Customer Service and Quality
• Lead strategy deployment for the operation concentrating on Lean Initiatives and Sales growth

Qualifications

• Fundamental experience in Operations Management and at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Previous work experience ideally includes experience in business and operational processes
• Bachelor or Masters’s degree (or international equivalent) required; Ideal candidate has studied Business or Engineering – or comparable education paired with experience
• Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices
