Are you an experienced pilot looking for the next step in your career? PAL Aerospace is looking for a Training Manager to join our Air Ambulance team where no two days are the same!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the maintenance and development of Air Ambulance Standards and SOPs
- Work closely with management team to establish training goals and objectives
- Provide mentorship to team members
- Oversight of Electronic Training Record (ETR) system, continual lesson plan and syllabus development
- Liaison for EHS pilot training
- Responsible to conduct Air Ambulance pilot training including schedule coordination
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have experience on King Air 200 or Beech 1900
- Valid ATPL
- Instrument Rating
- Multi-engine Rating
- Ability to work in a cohesive team environment
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role would be considered an asset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective time management and planning skills
- Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Aerospace operations
- Experience in document management and developing new procedures
