This position is responsible for ERP SyteLine Cloud governance business process team and driving standardization. It also serves as a liaison and coordinator between IT, business, and vendor stakeholders for SyteLine Cloud.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with other functional leaders - such as Finance, Procurement, Quality, Sales, Treasury, Operations - as a advocate of SyteLine Cloud standardization.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, site teams, and business leaders to identify potential improvements to the ERP and coordinate their deployment.
  • Evaluate, document, test and communicate with end-users on new vendor-provided functionality from ongoing releases from the vendor and internal enhancements.
  • Focus on accelerating tests via automated testing via design and implementation of automated testing software. Ensure compliance with standardized settings and testing of monthly cloud updates.
  • Maintain centralized SharePoint site for SyteLine Cloud.
  • Establish and enforce SyteLine Cloud parameter and business process standards and techniques.
  • Assist project managers during implementations with software and service support. Provide advice and counsel on other issues relating to SyteLine Cloud and impacting projects.
  • Serve as the backup for SyteLine Cloud maintenance (Customer Master, Vendor Master, Chart of Accounts Master and others).
  • Establish, maintain, improve, monitor, and enforce corporate IT policies.
  • Document annual SOX evaluation of the SOC1 & SOC2 report for Infor and other related control procedures.
  • Travel 50 to 75 to PCC facilities.

Experience and Education:

  • 10+ years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years of IT systems implementation project management experience with SyteLine; 2-4 years of additional years of experience as functional track lead in major implementations, desirable.
  • PMP Certification a plus

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to document work instructions and policies.
  • Significant travel required to observe, participate and audit projects at various company locations around the world.
  • Proven problem-solving capability required. Excellent communication skills required.
  • Additional experience in manufacturing, finance/accounting, planning, or operations, desirable.

For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $135000 to $150000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 30 of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company’s performance in the prior calendar year. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company&39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
