What are your contributions to the team?
• Evaluate the performance, quality, and compliance of contractors.
• Manage projects from A to Z, define customer requirements, draft quotes, manage calls for tenders, and carry out work.
• Carry out “walk-arounds” and performance audits of subcontracted suppliers.
• Manage documentation and ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in order to support the companys preventive vision.
• Ensure proper monitoring of indicators and manage the contractual discrepancies.
• Write work permits.
• Assist with budget planning.
• Build relationships with internal customers, be present at problem resolution meetings.
• Make checks and corrections when there are price discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor files to ensure you leave a record of service quality.
How to thrive in this role?
• You have technical college training, or any other equivalent training/experience combination;
• You speak French and English orally and in writing
• You have very good time management
• You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, MS project
• You are used to working with the different modules of an ERP system (Maximo desirable)
