Job Title: Station Manager

Job Description
We are a leading independent provider of MRO services for fleet operations, lessors, OEMs, and adjusters globally, with over 30 years of industry-leading performance. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to manage day-to-day operations at our SFO station, which consists of a team of 18-20 people. In this role, you’ll oversee safety, performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are maintained. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and efficient operations, providing top-tier service to our customers. A valid A&P license is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at the SFO station, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain smooth operations.
- Provide top-tier service to customers.
- Work on airframes primarily B767s, with training opportunities on A319, A320, A321, B737, B767, B777, and E190.
Essential Skills
- Valid A&P License.
- Minimum of five years in a line maintenance leadership role.
- Solid technical understanding of commercial aircraft maintenance.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with commercial airlines and fractional operators.
