As a Sr Subcontracts Management Specialist, youll develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for our subcontract systems to guide the development, production, and global sustainment for multiple contract types. Youll be responsible for preparing our bid packages, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating our proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending new subcontractors, and administering our subcontracts. Additionally, youll administer standard subcontracts agreements, such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and Cost Reimbursable (CR) plus all variations of fee structures, through the entire contract lifecycle, and will lead moderate to complex negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and will monitor subcontractor performance.The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Must-haves:
• Bachelors Degree in a related field and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
