Role Summary
Supply Chain Business Operations is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager in Supply Chain Business Solutions to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of innovative business solutions that enhance our supply chain processes. This individual will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technology and best practices to meet our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive supply chain experience, strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and the ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
What You Will Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain business solution specialists, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic supply chain solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Work closely with teams in logistics, procurement, operations, and Digital Technology to ensure alignment and seamless integration of supply chain solutions.
- Manage and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for business solutions, from concept to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Champion change initiatives within the supply chain function, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and solutions by the team.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating new knowledge into the companys supply chain strategies.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
- Experience communicating with all levels of an organization
- 5 years of experience with supply chain technologies such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and other related software.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Experience with project management
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience leading and managing a team, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
- Understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements within a supply chain environment.
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry is a plus.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
