Senior Reward Change Manager

The role of Senior Reward Change Manager leads the transformation of global reward, driving and embedding change in the reward space.

With a passion for leading transformation and change programmes in Reward, you’ll help us drive employee experience, engagement, and retention, identifying opportunities to innovate and deliver and embed change in the reward space.

Key duties

  • Lead reward transformation activity ensuring that innovative and impactful strategies are implemented and embedded effectively
  • Ensure successful adoption of new reward programmes and practices across the organisation that align with our business goals and support line managers in driving employee engagement and retention
  • Work across the business to help identify needs and develop reward solutions that support organisational objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to find opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and implement engagement plans to support stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new reward initiatives and make adjustments as needed
  • Lead and inspire a team of reward professionals to drive transformation and change
  • Collaborate strategically with Reward Director, Head of Reward Delivery and finance teams to streamline the governance and administration of reward programmes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
  • Design, implement and track a comprehensive set of Reward KPIs
  • Stay abreast of relevant legislation and industry trends to ensure the companys reward practices remain compliant and competitive, promptly adapting strategies as needed to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities.

About you

Qualifications / experience

  • Educated to degree level or relevant experience
  • Extensive background in reward management, compensation, or a closely related field
  • Proven experience of leading change and transformation within reward management
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate individuals (direct/indirect) working collaboratively to deliver change management.
  • In-depth understanding of change management principles and methodologies
  • Exceptional proficiency in communication, collaboration, and people leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to enact change within intricate and evolving environments
  • Experience of Industrial Relations, including employment laws and collective bargaining.
  • Certification in change management or reward management (desired).

Skills / capabilities

  • Adept project management abilities, efficiently prioritising and overseeing multiple programmes/initiatives concurrently. Ability to assess project/programme outcomes to inform future strategies and practices.
  • Ability to challenge organisational viewpoints to foster enhanced decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency to navigate the digital landscape and its implications for people and HR functions.
