The Boeing Global Services (BGS) F-15 United States Air Force (USAF) Sustainment Program is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to support the USAF F-15E EPAWSS program in San Antonio, TX.

The Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) programs effort includes all contracted work for the Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) phase, with a follow-on Full Rate Production (FRP) phase, starting late 2024. The San Antonio EPAWSS team is responsible for F-15E modification for the USAF, upgrading the current EW system to the new EPAWSS.

The selected candidate will collaborate across many functions and organizations to lead Full Rate Production (FRP) contract capture and execution for the next phase of the EPAWSS program. Our team is looking for a PjM with DOD / government acquisition process experience and strong PMBP implementation abilities. Our new teammate will be able to prioritize and balance a demanding workload while cultivating an inclusive and working-together environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional team through DOD contracting activities, inclusive of proposal development, customer/supplier coordination, contracting schedule management, negotiations, and award.
  • Interact directly with USAF EPAWSS program office / contracting office; establish and maintain positive relationship with customer counterpart(s).
  • Lead multiple engagement activities with EPAWSS major supplier.
  • Identify and lead modification integration opportunities, from analysis through contract award.
  • Lead BGS EPAWSS program through ESGP (Enterprise Standard Gate Process) – coordinate across functions, ensure criteria are met, and drive gate closure activities.
  • Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects.
  • Support execution of program management best practices.
  • Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
  • Identifies risks, issues, and opportunities; develops and executes implementation / mitigation plans.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3&43; years of DOD / government acquisition and contracting (all phases)
  • 3&43; years leading cross-functional project teams
  • 2&43; years of program management best practices

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Knowledge and experience of F-15 platform
  • Experience with USG contracting officers (ACO, PCO, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $110,950 - $130,050
