Join HoneywellAerospace and be a part of overseeing and directing operations for world-classintegrated supply chain manufacturing plant(s). You will ensure the achievementof metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISCmanufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production,business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Youwill leverage your teams experience and skills to perform activities in avariety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control,total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilitiesengineering, material management, and process reengineering.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily execution of site deliverables to customers
  • Achievement of all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity targets. 
  • Strategic planning development and execution
  • People management and resource planning
  • Drive Honeywell Operating System activities
  • Talent management
  • Develop a capable team of ISC leaders
  • Drive technical advances
  • Cost improvement analysis
  • AOP and Capital planning
