The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Manager for Partner Network Program & 147 Operations to join the Maintenance Training team in Seattle, Washington.

The selected candidate will manage Maintenance Training Partner Network program as well as have Quality, Standards and Regulatory responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead & refine objectives of the Maintenance Training Partner Network program to align with Boeing Maintenance Training Strategic Goals.
  • Manage & oversee Partner Network performance for deployment quality control and scale
  • Establish Boeing Quality and Standards, from development to delivery, to be enforced within Boeing Maintenance Training as well as with the Partner Network
  • Manage Maintenance Training Regulatory & Quality in support of Part 147 operations, including all elements of ensuring compliance for all Approved Maintenance Training Programs.
  • Leads planning and integration activities for profit and loss stand-alone support program(s) or major support business/program element where business needs dictate
  • Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

Export Control:

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5&43; years of experience with aerospace products and/or product support
  • 5&43; years of experience leading or managing a team
  • Experience in Maintenance Training/Part 147 Aircraft Maintenance Training Approvals
  • 25 travel International

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with commercial or military maintenance training
  • Experience with commercial or military maintenance operations
  • 1&43; years of experience working with international customers and suppliers

Hybrid

This is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. (Seattle, WA.) This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range:  $137,700 - $186,300
