What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined in 22 C.F.R. §120.15
- Must be able to obtain / maintain a U.S. Department of State Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
- Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or ten years related experience and/or training; or 18 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 7 years HR management experience
- Must have 5 years of supervisory experience within human resources and direct experience in employee relations and workplace investigations
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time including international travel
- Build strong relationships with internal customers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
- Handle confidential matters with discretion

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
