YOUR ROLE

As a Recruitment Senior Executive, you will collaborate with a team of recruiters to identify, engage, and secure top talent for AirAsia. You will take ownership of sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and data-driven recruitment improvements while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. A strong focus of your role will be managing high-volume recruitment projects alongside professional hiring, helping AirAsia scale quickly while maintaining world-class standards.

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver effective external sourcing strategies.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive spanet research, relationship management, and engagement across multiple sourcing channels (employee referrals, career portals, campus events, job fairs, and more).

  • Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns to ensure delivery of critical talent within agreed timelines.

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Act as an employer branding advocate by showcasing employee stories, testimonials, and cultural highlights to attract top talent.

  • Promote continuous improvement by educating hiring managers on recruitment best practices and delivering interview skills training.

  • Leverage recruitment data and insights to optimize processes, identify trends, and drive operational excellence.

  • Collaborate on recruitment campaigns and events to strengthen AirAsia’s presence in the APAC talent spanet.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • A proactive recruiter with a passion for finding hidden talent and creating exceptional candidate experiences.

  • Skilled in volume hiring, with proven experience managing large-scale recruitment drives efficiently.

  • Experienced in both mass recruitment and professional hiring, including niche roles.

  • Strong background in employer branding, with the ability to design and execute campaigns that highlight AirAsia’s culture and values.

  • Data-driven thinker who uses analytics to improve recruitment processes, identify bottlenecks, and elevate hiring outcomes.

  • A strong communicator and team player who can build connections across all levels of the organization.

  • Adaptable, energetic, and thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments across diverse APAC talent spanets.

  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Phenom and Workday, and experienced in sourcing through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
